Powder disperser: Milk Batch Mixer
 
Technical Information:
1. The principle of a Milk Batch Mixer is based on that of a FLUKO Jetmixers Disperser. A fast rotating rotor is placed in a streamline-shaped stator.
2. While executing a vertical circle mixing in the vessel, it also creates a vacuum in the centre of the rotor.
3. This vacuum sucks the powder into the liquid through the sucking hose connected to the specially-designed side fitting.
4. The Jetstream principle avoids any sedimentation in the tank

7. Outside of the machine there is no need for an dust-Ex-zone classification, therefore, installation in a non-hazardous area is possible.
